if you dont support martin lewis why are you on the site

Maybe for the same reason that people who don't support banks still use their websites?

I'm sorry but this is simply not right. You can submit claims if you wish to keep incurring court fees but the matter of exisiting charges is now settled and while you are as entitled to your opinion as I am mine people reading this thread should not believe that there is anything left to play for. There isn't.

OK right, which is why the Supreme Court added that there was still scope for the OFT to scrutinise charges further.

I can only assume you've got a vested interest in the apparent "victory" for the banks. This isn't over by a long chalk.

I support Martin in other campaigns - not this compensation culture bollox.
He should promote money saving as per the ethos and title of the site....not money stealing. ;)
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

I'm sorry but this is simply not right. The Supreme Court seems to hold a different view. They have advised to go through different avenues.

The ruling was to decide whether the OFT had the power to assess fairness. Not whether they are fair. So where you pulled "the matter is now settled", i'll never know.
  • just had chat with bank customer relations and the converstaion went the way of,claimants will be recieving letters to tell them that "its all over and to go away now please."

  • Everyone get co-ordinated and withdraw all the money they had in the Banks !!

Ha Ha, If I had any money I wouldnt have been overdrawn in the first instance!!

I cannot see how anyone who hasnt paid bank charges ( the majority of the population) would even consider this crackpot idea
