Which childcare voucher scheme?

Hi everyone,
I've been asked by my employer to research the option of childcare vouchers.
I wonder who is using which company and how widely accepted vouchers from each company are..
I know that since Busy Bees were taken over by ComputerShare it went a bit pear shaped, so I don't want to use them, but who is the second biggest name in childcare vouchers world?
I don't want to come up with something that will be useless to the employees (I don't have child myself).

you've got Accor, SodexhoPass and if you google childcare vouchers you'll see the rest (sorry can't remember them all off the top of my head)
get quotes from all of them before deciding as the costs can vary a lot depending on if you want an all e-voucher scheme or if you want the option of paper vouchers.

I have googled them and know which one there are.
I am interested in experiences.. Google will give me the companies, but not peoples experiences.
First obvious one are Busy Bees, but from what I ve seen on one of the threads people seem to have problems with them and that is what I am trying to avoid.0 -
I will recommend Accor. Visit their website at www.childcarevouchers.co.uk
I run childcare voucher scheme for our staff. I have also used them as a parent and take them for the childcare facility that I manage. I can answer many of your queries. You can arrange to meet with accor to go through things. They can also come and do a presentation for you at your work place. The only thing is that you need to understand what you are dealing with as it can be very complicated.

are there many employees?? I use a direct contract...bypassing the need for the vouchers. Basically, my employer has set up a contract between himself and my childminder, stating that the company will pay £243 per month towards my childcare expenses anything over that and the childminder invoices me directly for the balance.
We found the vouchers to be just too costly and time comsuming (it's only applicable to me!)
I'm unsure how this would work regarding the salary sacrifice (I'm fortunate to have a boss who doesn't ask me to do this)
Just an idea.

I'm a childminder and vaious parents use different schemes. Fideliti were good but on one occasion 'lost' my payment for over 2 weeks, not good especially when they wouldn''t even speak to me, as their contract is with the parent. Accor seem very good, as are Care4, hope this is some help x0 -

Thank you very much for all your advice. I was already considering Accor and it seems that you all agree.
Halfpint - there is 95 employees, obviously not all of them will want the vouchers (I think maybe only 10 have children in the age for vouchers), but doing direct contract would seem a bit odd and set up specificaly as a favour for some and I doubt the boss would agree to that.
We also offer Cycle Scheme so they are opened to the childcare voucher scheme idea - it gives something extra to the employees. Not worried about how time consuming it is, as long as I don't need extra employee just for that:-))0 -
DHs company (multi national HUGE company) use Care4 and my company (one of the country's largest (if not THE largest now) ISP use Accor
Our childminder is already registered with Accor and is positive about them. I can't imagine DHs company would pick a difficult to deal with company though... it would cost them too much in time if their employees had to chase things etc

Care4 unfortunately only deal with companies with 1000+ employees...
Accor is the dearest of them all, but might be the most widely accepted?
I have no idea what would childcare providers have to do to register with the companies to redeem their vouchers (if they don't have to pay maybe they would be willing to register with any of the providers?)0 -
normally the carer only has to fill in a form, if they are a childminder who minds for under 8's they have to be registered with ofsted but thats a separate issueNonny mouse and Proud!!
