I've been with these boys for years, mainly because they don't mess with downloads and don't meter me. http://www.freedom2surf.net/

I watch most of my telly online and go through about 40 gigs a month generally.

My calls go via them, the line rental sadly still is BT though for now.

Not the cheapest but I have never had reason to complain, and the twice I ever needed info from support they were spot on. That was about a site they host for me, not the BB.

At the end of the day it really depends on how much value for money you want for your service. I have Talk Talk, it is LLU in my area and its been fine. For £17.50 odd including line rental, Free 0845, 0870 and normal land line evening calls and 8Mb (40GB limit) connection I can grumble.
I had Freeserve\Wanadoo\Orange before at £16 a month plus line rental. Great value for me but not necessarily others.
