To cut it you really need a good circular saw and bench though. Oh and a router helps to round the edges so it doesn't look too boxy...

Buy a 'solid' door and cut down to the correct size.
Or think of andrew-b idea . second hand. Would still be a door rather than a a piece of wood swinging on a hinge0 -
