Cheap Disneyland Ticket Deals Discussion

  • Hi
I'm doing the sun Disney trip in march, I'm planning on taking the scheduled ferry outbound and missing the return ferry in favour of booking a hotel and a oneway ferry back the following evening. I just wondered if anyone knows wether booking the £19 Dover to Calais daytrip with free case of wine offer would work if I missed the outbound and just used the return? I know i wouldn't get the case of wine as its only available on the outbound journey but as it's £39 just for a oneway Calais to Dover crossing it's still a great saving. If this could risk incurring charges from PandO might it be worth just paying £39 for a legit single journey? Or should I book the £19 deal and save 20 quid? I would really appreciate some advice on this. Thanks.
  • Hi, i am new to this and was wondering if anyone could help me.

Me and my family (two other adults) already have our transport to stay in disneyland, but we are yet to buy our day tickets yet. Does anyone know if we can still apply for the sun disneyland deal, and not take the P&O ferry at all? Will we be charged for this?

    Thanks

    no you wont

we did this in Feb half term. Just took the SUN deal for the tickets and booked our own accomodation & travel
  • Thanks Rachie B!! :)
  • Just had a look at The Sun web site, this deal is from the 9th January till the 16th March (not the 28th) like it says on here :(
  • Does anyone know whether we can just use the disneyland park tickets (which are normally £55 per adult) and book the eurostar there and back? Driving is working out too long for us

    Thank you!

  • Does anybody else not find the issue of the 'Adult' age absolutely disgusting  How would any other industry be allowed to class an Adult as somebody who is 11 years old. An 11 year old cannot even be left alone in the house, cannot vote, cannot drive, cannot buy cigarettes or alcohol etc etc.
How does this industry get away with this, it really gets on my nerves!! rant over!
  • I'm thinking about the coach option - is it completely overpriced, or is it worth it, not to have the hassle of driving all the way there and back...? How much would we spend on petrol from Bristol to the ferry and then on to Paris...? Plus parking, and is there anything else we would have to pay for ie road tolls etc? Is there other advantages to having your own car with you, or would it be worth paying £165 for three of us to go by coach...?
I'd appreciate input from someone who's done it before!
    Thanks a lot.
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...
