I had the same with the extended insurance cover a couple of years ago so its not a new thing, they sent me a bill out of the blue for extended insurance cover on something I had bought a few years previously. Trying to sort it was enough for me to never use them again.

    jamespir,

Can you see? I don't have an attitude problem, but irritates me people who quickly post comments without having read properly my original post.
And you are a clear example of that !! Read again my original post!!

The lawnmower to which Very added insurance in a single sided decision was bought THREE (3) YEARS AGO!!!!!

READ and THINK!!!! before you write silly thing. How the hell can I return something bought THREE years ago!!!
Your observation skills are very poor and so your judgement. Underneath my moniker clearly says that I live in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Therefore, how the hell can you jump to the conclusion that I have ever worked for Very, which is based in Liverpool?
And again, your judgement let's you down. I am not in any arrear or debt with Very, I have with them a credit limit of £5000 because I have never missed any payment.

Please don't make me angry again! READ properly and assess properly!

either way you still have a bad attitude

so you didnt realise i three years youd been charged extra for warranty just so i dont make mistakes on this one i checked there site and my statements and you tick a box to say you want warranty also on my first statement (brought and ipod) it show extra warranty (i ticked the box)

so you must not read you staments
Replies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. If your reply cannot be nice, has an underlying issue, or you believe that you are God, please post in another forum. Thank you

I have to say I feel annoyed these days when you are buying anything online. There are so many add-ons and insurance and some aties automatically add it on and you have to untick manually.I think mobile phone sites are the worst offenders.
