Personally I would send her a link to the rules about not being able to charge post and packing on a book. It might be kinder in the long run rather than let her just receive a string of negs for non performance.

i sent her a link yesterday , and she has listed more today , so she has chosen to ignore the information ,

i am debating whether to reply and point out that if she continues to go against the rules she will end up loosing her account , or not reply and let her go through the same thing every time someone buys a book !

If she has ignored sensible advice then I would be seriously tempted now to neg with a very carefully worded statement, something like 'seller refuses to complete unless postage paid'

That needs some work but I'm sure someone will come up with a good statement we can all use that warns potential buyers in the future that seller is TSFE.

not that i dont think yours is good soolin , just would like a few more ideas
