Another one I had my eye on called 'The Roundhouse' in Ringinglow, Sheffield (this had a turret too!) sold about 18 months ago and I can't find that either.0

Was this the house? http://www.bbc.co.uk/southyorkshire/content/articles/2008/08/01/round_house_ringinglow_road_feature.shtml0 -
Yes that was it.0 -
I bought mine in August and it is still not showing, a house which was sold after me is showing. I do no know how this works. There is nothing to show that the house is mine, am a bit concerned. The conveyancer laughed when I told him, no legal document since everything is electronic. I also wonder whether it is because I was a cash buyer.
I would be very concerned if I was you. Regsitrations should go through in less than two months. Whilst there are no physical deeds anymore your lawyer should send you a copy of your title showing your name.
I suggest that you speak to the senior partner in the firm and express your concerns.0 -
I do think some properties get missed 'off'. The one I was waiting for completed in September and it's still not on. I know it's definately been sold and new owners in! Why they get missed I don't know but it does happen from time to time....0

Thanks, I have now received a copy of the title deed showing my name as owner of the property. I have also emailed CS at land registry & it was confirmed as being registered. Mind at peace now, I think it must be one of the properties that get missed.0

Just noticed that nethouseprices.com has just updated its sold price data.
It states "Last updated 27 November 2009 for property sales registered up to 31 October 2009".
Don't know about the other sites.0
