BUT, the only way T would know would be to run another credit check, which will show up on the op's credit file. The more searches the more likely you are to get turned down...0

            Hi,
DH rang T-mobile,it is logged that he has been declined but they can't tell him why it needs to be done in writing (which will probably take weeks!)
Has now gone into 13th month of 12 month contract with Vodafone which will now cost £40 pm so needs to sort out something else asap,as cheap as possible, would it be worth speaking to Vodafone retentions?any suggestions?
 Thanks0

You could send them an email, that is still considered to be in writing, as you have to cancel contracts in writing and emails are sufficient means to do it.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0

Retentions have the best offers. But even they have limits. It depends on his spend over the last 6 months.
It would also depend on which phone he wanted and how long he wants it over? The cost of the phone has to be covered by the number of months times the cost per month...0
