LLU what does this mean??

http://www.samknows.com/broadband/llu-league.php been onto this site and looked to see if my exchange is 'LLU'??? not sure what that means to me or my exchange but its not listed. my exchange is in Whitby North yorkshire. but ive looked on the list and not there. I would like to change to O2 broadband to get my £120 cash…

Whitby exchange has less than 7,000 subscribers. As such it's never going to be economic under the current BT charging system for any ISP to want to LLU it, because the likely customer base is too small to recover the fixed overheads. Sorry.
