  • Samyc,

SOA looks ok. Does your school not do a breakfast club or is that who the prices are for? I know most do nowadays.

    Mitchaa,

The tax credit's would adjust accordingly but at least she wouldn't be paying someone unecessarily or trying to rip her off.

With the telephone, although this does seem a little high, for br purposes most of us lump together mobiles & landline phones. The allowance for telephones is £60.00 so providing the BR stays under that, it will not be questioned.

The generous allowances are so that the BR doesn't end up in debt again & can afford any incidents that pop up. i.e if a family member is ill and there are lost of calls that exceed your tarrif etc, this could easily put you up to the £30+ so with a £60.00 allowance you are covered.

I'm with BT & get free 0870 & 0845 unlimited calls but that comes @ £17.50pm + any extra calls outside the allowance so my bill is approx £25pm.

They look at the date the credit was taken out....if recently they could argue that you took out credit knowing you could not repay it. Dx

This is the email I have sent to my OR this morning plus the attachements for my car that she had requested. Do you think Im in trouble?????

I rang my creditiors and asked the dates I took out the agreements which are as follows :

    TxtLoan : 10-07-2009
MiniCredit: Around August 2009 ( I could not get through)
    1 Month Loan: 09-07-2009
    Cash Genie: 31-07-2009
    Provident: 06-03-2009
    Very: 01-08-2009 roughly
    Capital One Finance: 06-05-2009
    Swift Money: 01-07-2009
    Next Directory: Around 2004
    Great Universal: Around June 2008
    Welcome Finance: Around 2007
Barclays closed my account with balance outstanding: Dec 2008

Quite alot of my creditors agreements started in the middle of this year and alot of them are payday loans as I thought that I would be able to pay them back the monthly amounts, when I finally realised just how many I had taken out using them all to pay another creditor is when I knew that I had to seek advice.
