no, definitely not aimed at you!!
no, an nrp cannot start a csa case. he can instigate it and the csa will contact the pwc. if she wont allow a case, then that's that.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Thanks Speedster. I realise you have some quite serious issues with your ex from your other posts.
However, can you pleeeeeeeeease take that awful 'w' word out of your signature
You're letting it sound like she's damaged you waaaay too much.
I've no time for witches like our PWC - neither have I time for tools who don't support their own children - good and bad on bith sides, y'know
ex hasn't damaged me. i wouldn't have got married and had 2 more kids if i was all messed up!!
her actions have made me stronger though. i put up with an awful lot from her for years, without saying a word in case i wasn't "allowed" to see my daughter anymore.
growing a pair and taking that witch to court is by far the best move i've ever made! :TNEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

See above! An NRP CAN ask for the CSA to assess the case - if they deem the payment then that is legally admissable.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -

nrp can ASK. the final decision whether to use the csa is down to the pwc. if she says no, it's a no go.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

and if the nrp sent the money to the agency, they would have nowhere to send it on.
christmas party would be well catered for though!! :rotfl:NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

But then he could just refuse to pay and force her down the CSA routekeeping the payments in a high interest bank account in order not to accrue arrears of course
There are ways around it on both sides :eek:Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -

I hear you....it was just a little....bitter (?) before.See above! An NRP CAN ask for the CSA to assess the case - if they deem the payment then that is legally admissable.nrp can ASK. the final decision whether to use the csa is down to the pwc. if she says no, it's a no go.
What????? Could someone clarify? Surely the PWC isn't awarded this power?
Kimitatsu - is it only the factors you've listed above that would prevent the NRP being able to pay via the CSA?0 -
its not a pwc power, it's just the way it is.
it's their choice whether to accept it. if they don't, sometimes the only choice is to give them no choice but use the csa.
they should be the last option though.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
