It's a bit of a running joke that my sister actually prefers the 'cheap stuff' (it's in the genes - dad prefers Smartprice whiskey too), and so as a christmas present I want to get her the cheapest there is.
As it's not something I drink, I have no idea where the best place is to go - any suggestions - have no problem with a Smartprice label or the such if there is such a thing - will just add to the joke

I second that. The one @ £3.** with a Shamrock on the top of the lid.

Thank you all - Tesco is the nearest to me, so I'll start there

My Gran gets me a bottle of Carolans every Christmas:rolleyes: - it's Bailey's like, but IMO horrible and nothing like the real thing, but I'm sure others like it!
It's £6 a litre in Asda.
Irish Meadow is £3.98 in Tesco.
It's only a game

My friend recently got the Aldi one and said it was brill. I think it was about £3 if that helpsWhat matters most is how well you walk through the fire0

I tried the Aldi "finest" or what ever their premium stuff is and it was yucky- far too sweet.
Carolans was different to baileys but acceptable (and cheap!)- but IMHO the real thing is best!
Bailys £10/L in most places at the mo.0 -
We prefer the Irish Meadow from Tesco to Baileys too.0
