Uninstall one of them. You should only have 1.

i have uninstalled pctools antivirus, i did not know you were only meant to have one of them, i installed a second one cos avg never detected viruses on a scan and my comp still kept freezing so i assumed it was a virus

Ok when you run a scan using AVG you need to do it in safe mode, Tap F8 as soon as the PC starts to boot and select safe mode, then when you get back to the desktop Run AVG then, Start, All Programs, AVG Free Edition, AVG Free Edition for Windows, Scan Computer.

Just click down and hold down the left mouse button and run your mouse over the text so its highlighted then right click the mouse then choose print, then tick selection in printing properties box then ok.

    Saves writing it down :)
