Well the stash has grown as I've found things under ice - I may find the loch ness monster soon! Trying to use up different bits each day.
Think will target the green beans and parnsips to go with tomorrow's dinner. I think I will have to chuck the choc ices, had one the other day and it didn't taste too good!:oDeclutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Jacket Potatoes to have with Tuna or beans, look out for reduced price meat like mince to make some meat sauce to have with the pasta.
Good luck0 -
Bacon is on offer 2 packs for £1.50 at sainsburys atm:
Pasta bake. Cook pasta, grill or fry bacon, mix together and add tin tomatoes and season, put in dish under grill with cheese on top. ( you can add peas or whatever you like)
not sure what "mince round" is..Ellie

After reading weezl's feed a family for £100 per month. I highly recommend getting some ready brek for breakfast less than 10p per serve and it's fortified with vitamins and minerals. It's much less than any of the other fortified cereals and useful for an afternoon snack too.
Potatoes are always cheap and cheerful. They can be done in so many ways.
Chop the sausages you have into peices. Instead of cooking all 8 you can cook 4 for one meal and incorporate the peices into something else. So I think you have enough meat and fish to last a week no need to get any more.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)

What if you pick up some passata approx 50p and some eggs? Could you strech to some cheese?
Dinner ideas
Sausage, onion, carrots and passata. Serve with pasta
Remaining sausages served with beans
Do you have chili spice - could do mince with beans and passata. Serve with tortilla crips. ( sprinkle over cheese if have any)
From my student days - cook the noodles and add to the beans and serve on toast.
Lunch Ideas
tuna sandwiches
If you can get butter beans then tuna, onion and butter bean salad tasty.
Cheese sandwiches of can get the cheese

Good luck, i think you will do very well if you manage to feed the family for £10. Looks like you could do a veg stir fry.0
