How do I put a photo or picture in a post?

Can anyone please tell me how I can put a photo in one of my posts, I cant figure out how to do it,thanks.

When posting, in the tool bar above you will see a little sqaure box with mountains in it, click on this and add the link for your picture.
If you want to link to your own pictures you will need to upload to your own webspace or use a free storage site like Ripway.i tHink, therEfore I'vE goT a BLOODY heAdAche0 -
