things are looking good abit of a come down from my last job i was on £10 an hour and this job is £6.07 an hour

Well done, hope you get it!

It's a shame about the drop in wages, but it's a start and will help your CV look better (rather than time out of work)

thats true been out of work over a year now but befor they let me go i was on sick for 10 months

Ok so I've been sitting at the computer for like almost 48 hours getting a 600 page project finished for todays deadline and I'm completely exhausted.

I think I need to treat myself to a totally random credit application, just after I've recycled the dozen Red Bull cans I've went through.

What credit application you going for,and did you get rid of your silver card in the end....

Gone from 61 searches to 42 so far. Haven't applied for anything in 3 months.

example:

01/01/2009 - I apply to 5 banks for a bank account and 5 different credit card companies - ALL DECLINED

6 months later, I reapply - ALL DECLINED

11mth and 27 days I reapply again - ALL DECLINED

Point of the above shows that within the same 10 applications this becomes 30 searches. Just like that!
