You can close it down mate and reapply 30 days later can't you? I was sure someone here done it (maybe innocent/noah?) and closed the crappy1 then a month later applied for progress and was accepted with better limit...?

So long as you have run it ok, they will still credit score you etc but also use existing customer data so it will be easier to be accpeted, put it that way! :D

Cheers nid yeah i just want to close it and call it a day with capital 1 completely, and hopefully apply for a nice purchase card in october....

yes mate but I thought you were taking the p!ss - you must know who CCJ'd you? lol - please tell me you're not serious?

Without any details its kinda hard to do anything, chances are they will not approach the court for an extension so probs best left well alone. If you'd kep paperwork etc then we could have maybe (just maybe) done something, i'm not so sure now. :(

Also Guys i need some advice. ( most to NID )

I had problems with a address incorrect on my linked addresses and i put a notice of correction on my file. After trying it looks like i wont get the address removed so will just have to live with it. Also the CRA put a notice aswell about the address i was disputing etc. WHats the best approach to get both corrections removed from my account?

Email customer service, thats what I did but it can take up to 28 days for them to action your request.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

I was standing in PC World this morning holding an iPad thinking about whether I should buy it or not. Usually, I'd stick it on the credit card without a second thought but I was actually able to resist and walk away.

Who needs a ridiculously over-priced giant iPod touch anyway...

I wouldn't have one if it was given to me, it doesn't even have Flash!?!?

I prefer a netbook anyway, proper computer (even if it does get a bit slow if I load everything at once). I'm trying to make HP fix mine under warrenty because of a cracked screen.... They're taking their time - they have got to sort out the warrenty dates, they think it expired in Feb but I only got it in September for uni so I've complained and said it hasn't - so they're amending it, apparently.... don't even know if they'll actually fix it in the end, but it's worth a shot!!

On the technology side of things..... saw an advert for Sky 3D in the cinema the other day, that would be awesome when it comes out! Haven't seen a 3D football match yet, it's selected bars in & around London, apparently one pub here did it (they've got a Sky 3D advert outside too) but I find that very hard to believe, will have to check it out next season though just incase!
