hi guys. after reading for a couple of weeks ive finally dicided to post a question. ive recently decided to check my credit report and have notcied that my barclaycard has been over 70 pounds, my limit is 1000 so for the past two years its been 1070. i have now pad 600 pounds on it and im waiting to see it improve. my question is if i apply for credit would this go against my application (the fact that it was over the limit for 2 years but no late payment, all DD) thanks
what code shows on the credit files? i.,e. [0] or [1] or [D]?2010 - year of the troll

If your account is over the limit for that long , it usually report adverse data like (1), (2), (3), and eventually ended up with a D if no action has been taken to put account back in good order. I got a feeling it is now defaulted, given the fact you said it was over the credit limit for 2 years!
Check your account status asap!0 -

I thought you said you'd read this forum lol? #7760
That will answer you - its at the bottom of the last page on this same thread!!!
- i have 5 1month late payments from 2008 on my barclaycard
- i have 1,2,3 on a settled t-mobil in 2006
Barclays, yes it will affect you.
T-Mob, no it will not but as the Barclays will flash up this will bring their attention to the T Mobile account so right now either learn to pay on time or stop applying, I wouldn't extend you credit right now - not on your nelly.
Wait until Barclays late payment markers surpass 3+ years late before applying for anything cos it will be referred to u/w who will 99.9% decline you.2010 - year of the troll
