Just in case, you start removing posts again!;)

I never remove posts - no need to!

Ahh you linked to my quote - yep, I stand by it cos it was confirmed yesterday by an underwriter at the bank. I go on what I have learned, not what one isolated case (i.e. you) tells me. :D

I do have defaults on my file. Was wondering wether anyone has been sucessfull in getting a card with adverse data.

I want the store card. NOT the mastercard credit card.

I got an argos store card in dec 2008 :) and ive just found out i have default :( from orange issued in 2007 so seems they do accept people with adverse credit

NID my old mate talking about sygma cards in march got accepetd for flybe.
3 weeks later applied for sygma myworld card got declined.
Wednesday morning looked on my equifax report and the flybe card was on that report that morning.
So reading earlier threads people said best time to apply is when they see one of there cards on your credit agreement on your report.
So applied for sygma days card on wednesday.
So question i am asking is wednesday morning got my decline letter from sygma 2 hours later applied for there days card it got referred phoned up last night and was accepted.
So before applying for a sygma card straight away make sure one of their products show up as been accepted the first time.

Have you paid your ccjs yet? If not, you should clear them as quickly as possible and then you can apply to the courts to remove them.

As for the card. I cant understand why a lender will not give you a chance considering that you have a mortgage.:)

    Have you tried to appeal.

Well i always thought that from a lenders point of view that you would have a lot more to loose should you default when having a mortgage.

Before the credit crunch i wanted a 20k unsecured loan from halifax. they turned me down because of not having a mortgage.
