Then you should be ok to appeal the decision then.:)
You stand a good chance as long as the managed loan has been settled at least 6 month ago.

Ah, my managed loan was settled in October....Credit card declined (without my permission for credit search...long story) in December.

So it would be perfect time to apply now...oh well i will wait for the appeal and if no, then i will try again in the summer. Over and out.

Received my capital one progress card today, £300 limit. Although might be the minimum, it is, as has been pointed out to me on the forum, still 3 times my previous classic limit.
Was told by cs that I need to spend on it just once with no late payments or overlimits during first 3 months and would automatically qualify for limit increase on 4th statement.
Good job the activation number is freephone - the length of time they kept me on the phone - and NO, I was adamant - I did not want any card insurance protection or whatever - thank you very much.

I am one of those people. But my equifax file is very good.

Sygma seem to conduct several searches for a single application and my file looks as though I have been applying willy-nilly for cards.
However, sygma have never yet turned me down. Although thats enough for me, now, for quite some time.

If you are going to apply for another card, then, sygma, in my opinion, would be your best option.
