Britons deserve to be placed 1st in the line for employment. Just like if i was to move to Poland i'd expect to be placed after the Polish for a job.

Same in any Country in the World.

Not Racism but Nationalism.

On another note i have formally complained to SYGMA about Credit Searches.

Whats the betting i recieve a CIFAS?

i had this and got declined due to having a visa, i didnt realise you couldnt have a master card too, however they credit checked me BEFORE declining for already having a card!

clearly there are racist comments on this thread....promoting EDL is racist as they are a racist group...as for the polish taking jobs over here...so should we pull all UK nationals from jobs abroad...you cant have it both ways

Yes i am a nice person mate,i have nothing against anyone you are upsetting people by claiming everyone who stands up for their own country are racists.

Well putting one race of people (British People) before another race of people (e.g. Poles) IS pretty racist. It is one thing standing up for the values of a society and QUITE ANOTHER to say all the people who weren't born here should be kicked out.

FWIW I was born here but my parents are Polish so I can see both sides of the argument.One thing to point out though is that the Poles who come over often take the jobs that nobody else wants and for less wages too.Some of my friends work in factories that were literally struggling before as they couldn't get the workers.I do get annoyed though with the ones who come over here and claim benefits asap.There should be a minimum time limit(a year/2 years?) before anyone coming here can claim benefits.Not suire what this has to do with the credit cards discussed on here but just wanted to give my opinion.

Back to the subject in hand-is £1500 the maximum credit limit that Vanquis give?I have been with them for 2 years now and got regular increases every few months but nothing now for ages.

So it's perfectly acceptable that foreign nationals are being given jobs before the British? So much so, that it is putting genuine hard working Britons in difficult situations and unable to pay bills and rent?

Is it acceptable that a single mother with 5 kids isn't being offered a bigger council house because a family of immigrants (4) has just arrived to the country and have been put at the top of the housing list?

Poor old Sally with her 5 kids is unable to work because the government won't pay for child care, so she's forced to claim benefits and live in a 2 bedroom flat, all because the money that would have been given to her is given to foreign nationals because the government deems them to need it more.
