My third capital one statement has been produced! On count down to see what my limit will be increased to next month!0

I know what you mean, that's my plan all along, but I can't see too much improving, even with good account conduct. To get told by Natwest to do one when I asked for £150 extra, despite being an existing customer for 6 years and paying everything on time, is a disgrace. If I get another card I'm leaving those jokers for sure!
For now it looks like it'll be up to Vanquis or Sygma to see if they want to accept me!
Drop natwest and goto First Direct or HSBC.
I hate natwest with a passion. When i was doing my apprentiship at college they screwed me for over £600 in 1 month. There excuse was that my wage cheques had not cleared yet they let me withdraw the money.
I have also banked with A/L, Lloyds TSB and Barclays as well as HSBC and First Direct. I highly recomend FD or HSBC but FD is the most difficault account to be accepted for.
If your Credit File is clear of Defaults and CCJ's and have no missed payments then i would go for First Direct as long as you have internet access.
First direct are part of HSBC and use HSBC for branch access.
Hope this helps.0 -

I know, but it was my first credit card in many years. Only in my mid 20's. I was naughty when i was at Sixth form.plumber2009 wrote: »You should get an increase to £500.
I was stuck on £200 for 2 years but i opened my account back in 2001 and they did not have the increase on 4th statment.
I hope they do increase it to £500 that would come in handy.0 -
