    And what you said earlier about having 1 card with a big limit (I quoted it but it's vanished), that's true. For me, at the moment, I don't know which I'd prefer. I want bigger limits, but Natpest won't give it to me - and, up until these recent random credit hikes, it looked like Cap1 wouldn't either. Having all those 0's from so many different accounts must help too though - but I guess there is a limit to how many 0's are effective and at some point they get ignored.....

    Well I have Barclaycard @ 2k - Flybe @ 5k - Slivercard @ 1k.

    I am happy with those limits so will be closing most of my other accounts.

    EDIT: Reference green zeros they can have a negative effect when you have too many active accounts. This is why I have closed soo many accounts recently.

    This is why I have closed approx 6-8 accounts this year. I am still to close
    * Lloyds Current Account
    * 2 Santander Current Accounts
    * 2 Shop Direct Catalogues

    I am waiting for Aqua & Capital one to be marked as Settled.
