forgot to mention even if sgyma do give you the best apr they'll always put it up a few months down the line to tier c, doesnt matter how well you've run the account!

What order did you apply for them in? And how long between each app?

I applied for the Silvercard and Sygma Days card in December around 2 weeks apart, then the Sygma Myworld and Sygma JJB card in the new year, again about 2 weeks apart.

Silver i got an instant approval, the other 3 all said would be in contact within 7-10 days, the next i knew they just came through the post without them contacting me.

I know it's a big gamble and not sensible to make that many applications so close together but in my case it paid off. Guess i was lucky but i have a really good credit record and have only ever had one refusal which was only because i c0cked the application up. :)

How do you know this? Or is this just your personal experience?

i cant say if this will happen to everyone, but i've never missed a payment with them and they've always given me limit increases, the only one its not happened on is the silver mastercard but i've only used it once!, to be honest i only applied because they pre approved me and i was just about to become self employed!

I have a question about experian credit expert which has probably been asked before (probably by me :D) but I just cannot understand why the summary box before you see your report says I have more credit searches than I do. I have gone through the detailed list and I can see all the ones I have applied for. Do NON credit searches show up in that summary too?
