My letter from Crap1 showed up today. Massive writing about the 5% APR cut then....

"You're on track to receive further rate reductions.

Continue to pay on time each month and stay within your new whooping credit limit and we'll reduce your purchase and balance transfer rates every 6 months (up to your 22nd statement or when your rate reaches 19.9% PA, whichever is sooner). Lower rates mean you can pay less interest and could save money"

So what card am I on!? I thouht the card above was the one that kept slashing the limit :\ I def went for the worst card though :\

Yeah I recall him being mentioned as the resident troll.

Some people have been stupid enough to rack up that much on cards....

No mate - thats not him.......

The troll isn't like that, he was last known as the prodigal son or rovers return.... and was funny, he didn't have a go at people.

Yes - 1000000000% cos they have 0 history on you! If they were going to give one they'd have done it at account opening, however you can ring and blag it and say 'can I check, did my account come pre-approved with an overdraft cos I cannot remember if they told me it would have one and I wondered if it'd been applied yet'....

If they say, no - would you like to apply for one - you say, nah - I just wondered, no big deal and that way no search is done!

To be honest mate, I dont want one, just wondered for future reference. But when I applied over the phone, she did take me through the credit check then ask what products I would like on my account, I said no overdraft, so how do they know what to credit check you for?
