None. You have to send £10 by cheque or bank transfer first (I did the latter by faster payments) and then you will receive a decision in a few days' time.

I was having a look at the accounts on moneysupermarket, saw BoC and thought, "why not!"

They are actually easy to get, my mate just told me he has an account (he's reading over my shoulder!)
