It's for me hun. Ordered one, it arrived yesterday but it's really thin, and doesnt have a zip, just buttons so sending it back tomorrow. Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

The only thing I brown are sausages. I've got the medium sized round one, so not big enough for a whole chicken but I've filled mine with chicken legs before and it is lovely. Rice pudding is
I really must start using mine more. It'd be great when I'm out all day to come back to dinner ready. Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Spud, it's dead easy to use a slow cooker and you just search online for recipes. I love mine. the skin isnt so much cripsy on the chicken but it doesnt look 'rubbery' iykwim. I always take off the skin anyway or I eat it and that's NORTY. (But sooooo gooood-like crackling....)Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

I thought you'd gone out to buy DD one a while back - was just hoping you weren't still looking:D. Not been to the shops much lately so no idea here....
I have lots of slow cooker recipes but just never bother:o. Think I've just gotten into the habit of cooking a certain way and it's hard to change. Not impossible though so will have a go next week (have already planned and shopped for this week).Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

DH made a recipe from my WW book last week-it was a tomato based pok cassarole with chorzio sausage and potatoes. It was sooooooo yummy. I have a slow cooker cook book if anyone wants to try anything-let me know and I will have a look.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

We were looking for a coat for DD. She wanted a knee length wool mix type, just like mine. Couldnt find her one she liked as much as mine, so guess what......she now has mine, and I need a new one
I'm angry with myself because I found one I loved, took too long to decide and now it's sold out
All this talk of SC has made me realise I really should use mine. I'm going to look for a recipe book I think. Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Have you got a pic or description of what you like Spud? Maybe folks could suggest if they'd seen something similar?Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Happy weekend all :hello:
Two quick questions then I'll have to swoosh off again
1. What was the free software folks recommended to Snags the other night?
2. Where is a good place to get business cards quickly (I have a networking event on Thursday and no job so no cards...)
Hope everyone is happy and well but if not here's a hug .... :grouphug:26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
