Well at least you didn't turn up with something "lodged".

  • What happened Skinty?

I put the chicken in the slow cooker last night and it's been cooking away all night-looks good! I love the slow cooker.

Today, I hope to go for a run at some point before the heavens open again-I have never heard rain like it in my life! It woke me up last night!

sunday lunch, quick trip to get pressie for b-day party for kids then swimming party with kids. Home, bed for kiddlywinks then XFactor/Celebrity. Whoop. Happy days.

    Morning. :)

I've just bunged a chicken casserole in the slow cooker - first 'proper' meal I've made all week, now that I can actually stand up for long enough to peel and chop things.

Need to clean the kitchen and tackle Mt. Laundry today. Other than that, I will mostly being relaxing and trying not to talk.

I am still not sure whether to buy a slow cooker or not, I keep talking myself out of it as OH and the kids are not Casserole types of guys.

I had to go and try the car again this morning so out in my dressing gown I go and the flaming thing starts first time (in a flurry of black smoke from the attempted starts yesterday).......bloody typical but I guess its one less thing to worry about tomorrow:D

Today I shall mostly be studying...........I really MUST!
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
