I lurv my SC - it's a godsend when I'm out teaching.
The weather here today is appalling, it's been really windy all night and it's still really gusty and chucking it down
I also just had a piece of toast which tasted of washing powder/fabric conditioner _pale_ I think I must have put the toast on the worktop for a second where I'd had the bottle earlier. It doesn't blend well with Marmite.........

spud - I chuck anything in my SC - sausages, joints of meat, chicken thighs, stewing beef and then whatever veg. is lurking and either a can of tomatoes or some stock of some type. The only thing I brown are sausages. I've got the medium sized round one, so not big enough for a whole chicken but I've filled mine with chicken legs before and it is lovely. Rice pudding is
