Hi :hello: just thought I'd drop in for a bit. Not so much chat going on today - everyone must be ill or working I guess . Am welded to the chair at the moment - pilates at lunchtime was definitely challenging. Stuff getting sorted slowly - house still a tip but things are progressing.
Off shopping tomorrow to buy some trainers (yay for trainers without holes in) and have a look around New Look.
Washing's on and I'm feeling like the last few days have been quite productive.

Anyone having a pudsey party tonight? Fancied getting a takeaway pizza but persuaded myself to get one from Sainsburys instead so feeling virtuous (money is going through my fingers like water at the moment) - just got to cook it and put my feet up in front of pudsey vision tonight.

Off home soon, have a lovely weekend everyone xDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
afternoon all.
Had two deliveries this today. was all excited about the approved food delivery (coffee for wayne, soba noodles and something else - can't remember what it was now)... imagine my consternation when I open it to find six loaves of gluten free bread, 3 tubs of gluten free brownies and one pack of rooibus tea. Phoned them to complain and they said keep the misdelivered food and they'll resend the coffee etc. have eaten one tub of brownies and... they're not so bad. might not be able to face the bread though, but I'll try it for nowt and if I don't like it I'll freegle it.
Asda guy came and we've now got enough cat food to last until I return to work in February. Garage is full though and the wine rack looks healthy with three red and three white, each should have been £7.50 but three for £10 was a good offer, £24 saved which I spent £8 on vodka so christmas this year is starting to look good!
I'm keeping well away from those of you with colds but I hope you all start to feel better soon - hands over tissues and blankets. Perhaps in the absence of medicinal brandy/whisky you should have a hot chocolate topped with Baileys. Ultimate comfort drink in cold weather and when you feel pants

You have a good weekend too Squizz!
Hey DF, yes it has been quiet today - I always think I'm some kind of jinx on the daily thread as it seems to go quiet every time I appear! Hey ho!
Well done on the pilates and also rejecting the takeaway! Not having a party, but am ensuring I'll be wathcing tonight, esp. at 7.15 when they'll be showing Peter Kay's video!
Have fun shopping tomorrow! We're off to Ipswich to go to the Range and Dunelm, as well as battling tesco/asda or sainsburys!Official DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My DebtsDFW Long Hauler #109

I didn't have TV for 4 months from July - October, because Natasha poured water into the Virgin box (and we don't have an analogue signal). I didn't miss it at all, and have got out of the habit of switching it on in an evening now.
The kids missed it a bit, but were happy enough with DVDs most of the time. It did make me wonder why I bother paying for it!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
I suppose if the choice of being with or without a tv is taken out of your hands, then you would get used to it and find other genres to enjoy instead!
Anyway, time for me to go, have a good weekend all! QBxOfficial DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My DebtsDFW Long Hauler #109
