Pepe my OH couldn't even figure out how to switch on the oven!
Although I'm a pretty good cook ( if I do say so myself!) it isnt unknown for me to have put the top oven on and shoved a pizza in the main oven!
picked mushrooms up the fields earlier, may just do a load of the to go with the pies.....mmmmm

I have been Christmas shopping with a friend. I am loving this Christmas being poor. I feel as if all the present buying pressure has gone - nobody expects anything so will be pleased with the little bits I have managed. Got some lovely scarves for £5 each. I will provide hospitality and it will be good.

evening all....although it looks like everyone is out and about and not here!
Had a busy day shopping, actually more travelling there and back and eating lunch than actual shopping! Got a few bits for OH and B and one of the last presents I needed to get for the numerous children I have to buy for.
Has been a beautiful day here, sun out, no wind (well not much compared to what we have been having) and got home to find OH has sat inside all afternoon with B and she is of course climbing the walls. It does make me angry that it seems to be me that trys to make a good healthy life for her and he sits and ignores it all. Rant over!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

The problem with cooking pizza and chips for the sleepover crew is that you end up eating some yourself too....jolly nice it was too.
Sally - Glad you had a nice time shopping..... I'll never understand some men and their attempts at childcare.
