Game is an 18, so really he shouldn't be using it anyway if he's only 15, lol!
Glad you got your partial refund though."Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Great you got your refund but I think the previous poster may have been concerned about the games' suitability, since it is for the over 18's.0

I recently sent a query regarding their price promise not being kept. I ordered Moon on Blu Ray and the price dropped on launch. After 15 days I got the following reply today;
Dear Customer,
Please be aware the price guarantee is not from us. The price guarantee you see is on the new Tesco Entertainment site who have new prices and terms and conditions.
You placed your order on the old Tesco Entertainment site which did not state that we would change our prices if the new website did.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
This is utter hogwash on their part - and now I'm more intent to chase down this 98p to the bitter end - as they are blatantly lying!! My reply tonight as follows;
My order for this Blu Ray copy of Moon was placed on the new website as part of your pre-order promotion on the 2nd of November.
I would not normally chase for such a sum - as its only 98p - but now I can see that you are trying to blatantly get out of your price promises - which are clearly stated on your website.
If you are not honouring your website promises I would remind you that you are in breach of Regulation 7 of the Consumer Protection distance selling regulations 2000 - and I would ask that your price promise statements are removed from the website immediately.
I would also refer you to your own terms and conditions;
If you pre-order a product (i.e. you place your order for a product which is a future release), you may be charged a lower price than that showing on the Tesco Entertainment Site at the time you place your order. This is because, for pre-order products, if the price on the day of release is lower than the price at the time you placed your order, we will charge you the price on the day of release. Last updated: 20 October 2009
Your own terms and conditions - which were updated on the 20th of October state the price guarantee terms - and my order was placed 13 days after this update was made.
I trust that this is a simple error on behalf of the person who sent me the reply below - and we will not need to take this further by refering the case to Trading Standards.
I look forward to receiving my refund as outlined in your terms and conditions.
I will let you know my reply - if I get one!!
