over 2weeks after placing an order. I get a letter back saying that they cannot give me a credit account. My credit raint has fallen below the cut off. i dont even remember applying for one i usually use my debit card.
Looks like I will be checking my credit rating as ive just moved home a month ago & see whats what.0 -
Could be because you haven't been added to the electoral register yet for your new address.0

If i enter my address as my old house do u think that would fix it, i think because of my order it says it will only charge to account. as im using £10 for £9.99 item.
i dont want to reapply if i already had a bad note on my credit scoring0 -

They didn't say but the code I used and was querying was the £10 one. The £20 one no longer works anyway.Quidco ~ £3,718 | Greasypalm ~ £354 | Freefivers ~ £45 | Pigsback ~ £260 shopping vouchers + 15 CDs
Total cashback / freebies / money-saving: 2006 ~ £3,961 | 2007 ~ 3,610 | 2008 ~ £4,159 | 2009 ~ £1,449

Thanks for this. I didn't want to take advantage of it because it spoils it for others when codes like this get abused. I can now use it again without feeling like i'm taking the michael

ordered 11.98 of goods last night (the start of the school uniform collection!!) and it said total amount was 0.00 (this was on the £10 off code), so I'm not sure if it's actually working or not as I should have been charged £1.98!0
