ok you cant use 2 codes together secondly i tried to order a second lot of items using the £10 code got email saying already redeemed on this account i think they are smarting up and you can now only use a code once per account

I used this code to place an order in early June. They took £4 from my bank account, but the order never arrived. When I phoned today, they said they have no record of my name, address or order.

I placed an order early june too, have confirmation email, mailed them to see where it was and they say there is no trace of it, don't know if it's been taken off credit card yet as statements not in yet.

I ordered a top for £9.99 using the code but its pants! Not just a little bit, its not worth it even for free! If I send it back, what happens - do I get £9.99 "credited" to my account, so I can order something else instead, or have I just lost the code??

I am not sure why you received pants if you ordered a top.

If you send it back your account will be credited with the reduced amount that you paid. ie £0.00

I sent back an order i wasnt happy with ( quality was rubbish!) then ordered something else using the code again, then they emailed me declining my order coz I had used the code the max amount of times........ so I emailed them and said Id sent the items back , and they have just emailed me to ask me to confirm which colours i wanted in my new order , they will then send those and apply the code.

Easiest way is to just ring them and ask to either exchange for something else, or get your money back . (are you paying £9.99 AFTER using the code?)

I placed an order about a week ago and have just tried to log into 'my account' to see if the order is likely to come before I go away on thursday. To enter my account I need to enter my 'Customer Reference Number' but I don't know where to find it. Its not on my confirmation email. Just wandered if anyone knows where I can find it?

I was told you get your customer referance number when your order arrives!

I received a letter from them saying the courier couldn't find my address so the parcel has been sent back to the warehouse. However, the order has someone else's name on it, which is why they couldn't find me on the system! Will have to call again today to try and sort this out.
