Which code are you talking about? I used a £10 off £20 spend some time ago and had to add some tights on my order to make it from £19.99 to over £20.
Another massive thanks due to the OP - my OH got a pair of Adidas sandals for £1.99 and I got some free underwear, a lovely top and corsage and some t-shirts for him! Great find can't wait for the next codes - especially as my local courier is a really really nice guy and leaves my things at work for me - I get an email when they've arrived

I would ring them up and say you used a code and you have the email to confirm.
They should sort it out for you.
If the worst comes to the worst - just return what they are charging you for.
It shouldn't matter if you have used the goods - as it is their fault.0 -
I've received my free items :T and I also phoned customer services to query something. For the record they confirmed that each customer can use the code 3 times. Pretty good eh? So at least we know what is officially allowed for future reference! :jQuidco ~ £3,718 | Greasypalm ~ £354 | Freefivers ~ £45 | Pigsback ~ £260 shopping vouchers + 15 CDs
Total cashback / freebies / money-saving: 2006 ~ £3,961 | 2007 ~ 3,610 | 2008 ~ £4,159 | 2009 ~ £1,449

I did this (but it was a genuine code sent to me) and they said it was because the order was under £20, even though it was a penny. They sorted it out 'this time' so ring them, play innocent, and it shouldnt be a problem. The curve that can set a lot of things straight is a smile0 -
my first order came to 19.98 using the £20 off voucher so dont see why they didnt let yours through0
