Having previously been told by a member of Empire Stores customer services that this code can be used 3 times per customer, I phoned yesterday to order something to be told this wasn't the case. Just thought I ought to warn you.

Ok where do you add the code for a previous customer? I cannot find the code box anywhere. After adding an item i click

checkout then it jumps to delivery, payment and confirmation but there is no box anywhere?

anyone help?

Its underneath where you put in your customer number, I think they may call it an order code, but not sure off that. Anyway you put it in where you log in as a returning customer, its a few pages before the check out.

Yes mine always showed before I confirmed the order. I wonder if this code has come to an end.
