Yes there is, One of the toolbars by Yz thats unticked at the beginning can be ticked and that will give yoou transparency and drop shadows, thing is though it does make it harder to view stuff, well I found that, You would have to uninstall then reinstall and tick the other options to install them.0 -

It also uses alot of PC resources.
The DVLA are giving Bad Driver's Stickers and Flag's on their cars, apparently their White with a Red cross on them!

I would say not, and thats not because it doesnt work its because I think its a gimmick, you can adjust the transparency aswell, let me have a look if its possible to install without taking off then putting back on.
Nope cant do add/remove components, like I say not worth it though.0 -

Have you tinkered with them at all??

You can download other Skins for them and change the skins on it's Options Menu.0

Right Click your desktop, Properties, Appearance, Advanced, then drop down the menu to Inactive or Active window border and change the colour.

Mmm it does Ive just tried, Mind you XP Powertoys from Microsoft can do what your after.
Or just Right Click the desktop, Under Themes choose windows XP theme then change your wallpaper (looks a bit naff), I forgot that XP wont let you change individual items but Classic style will.0
