I couldn't get the SA to put my voucher through either so I emailed customer services to ask if the voucher should be accepted for the serum. Got a reply almost immediately...said they couldn't explain why it hadn't been accepted but they credited me with 500 Advantage points. :j Still gonna try with the voucher at another till or another branch tho sometime ;). Praps if more people complain they might adjust their tills?

    Excellent! :j

The SA told me that they were having a problem as the voucher isn't supposed to be used on REDUCED items and the serum has been reduced from £11 something to £6. I guess someone initally overrid the price and now they're having to override it for most people as lots of people go in and say 'my so and so used the voucher on this'... no they don't bother saying that it can't be used :D (well most of them don't complain)

i ordered online and put the code in (message me if you need the code) I had the order delivered to store and didn't need to show my voucher to the SA upon collection.
