OK, I had a lousy day.
A challenge to the 'bulls', or anyone else for that matter.
Cheer me up - remind me again why the economic climate is great, everything is great and is just about to get much, much better....
In about 5 billions years the Sun will have used up all its hydrogen and will start burning Helium, swell up and consume the Earth. At some point after that, the entire Universe will either peter out into a sparse, cold, lifeless void, or collapse into a single, immense black hole where all matter annihilates.0 -
You've got your family and your health......
Everything else is secondary. In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -

I completed the FIFA level 5 refereeing course and passed the test yesterday. Strictly speaking, that qualifies me as an Assistant Referee but the level 4 course only takes a couple of hours and I'll do that before the start of the season in February.

Amongst many temporary, unsustainable policies IR's can only go one way, which will be good news for house prices. Just have patience. If transactions were at 90k+ per month and rates were already at 5% and we were hearing what we've been hearing in the media for the last 8 months, FTB'rs would be screwed, they aren't though...... reason enough for a smile

Hang in there, 'good things come to those who wait'.0 -
