Update :

Paid to get off the old contract last weekend, and on Monday signed up with another estate agent (my friends one) at a slightly lower sale price. So fingers crossed, hope he comes through for us.

Well we were in the paper today, and had a viewing, and offers, and we accepted. So we have sold our house

So fingers crossed all goes smooth, no chains either side so should be a easyish process.
