car insurance for 18 yr old lad in a bmw !..any ideas or recommendations ?

  • cougar... yes .. absolutely .. this is the process i alays use ...

    started with those 2 . ..

    then took the best 8 from them and went through the individual sites to double check .

    then phoned my local swinton and got quote ( best £5100!!!)

    then phoned my local endsleigh(that do great job on daughters yaris ) ,... of their 31 providers no-one would quote !

    then checked 6 good reputation companies who hadn't provided a quote on confused/insure ..

    all the way through having a list of quidco and topcashback deals to consider .

    bottom line .... ?????? ... confused was the first one i ran ... and the best price on it was rac ..... the one we ultimately went with !!!! ... 4 hours later !
    but ... as i always finally do... i rang rac to discuss quote .. and got it at £100 less than the online price !

    gruelling process .. but the only way to do it !.

    Kwikfit were good for me, you could try them too - they're a broker though.
