As soon as you register with Dyson they can tell you which machine it is just by the serial number.

Check on the Dyson site or the Argos site if you're not convinced you have the right model.

I bought a different Dyson from Argos before Xmas and it was the same, not much info on the box but it was the right model.

I am not too sure but can we be able to distinguish by colour the model?

However i find it quite strange that even the manual just says DC07?

How an we know from dyson website that i have the correct model?

    Cheers

There should be a code number on the top of the box.

    It is DC07 BS&T UKMO

    Not sure what that means?

I've just checked my Dyson and there's no model name on it.

Do you have an old Argos book? Can you check to see if your Dyson is in there?

I'm sure the Dyson site will list their models, I think each version is a different colour?

My DC07 has it stamped on the front part just above the brushes. Mind you its coloured purple and that one looks blue in Argos.

    Here you go

My model is the animal one. Difference is that its got a extra rotating brush that works on the attachment end.

    Comparions of the dc07 range

BTW Dyson are very good for after sales service. I have had two modesl the very 1st one and the dc07 and Dyson have been very helpful on parts or help in diagnostic a problem.

Looks like this one in Argos
