Well most food is processed, even if it is just "Cut the bits of animal you don't want away from the bits of animal you do want" kind of processing.

Was there some specific processing you had in mind?

More like added salt, sugar and rubbish processing!

If you buy the really cheap beans, they tend not to be too bad for added stuff - because that makes it too expensive... ()

Tinned fish is also not too bad for additives.

It just depends on what you like in a baked potato.

    Morning all

Thanks for the heads up on the hotel chocolate thingy - ordered! :j

Happy birthday Bookie - hope you have a lovely day x

Sammy - Glad your Dr's seem so on the ball, lets hope the tablets help get you back to where you want to be.....What did DH say?

Sanggs - Hope you're feeling better soon...I had a dose of the flu about 3 weeks after splitting with my ex husband....then both girls came down with a sickness bug, I couldn't cope and had to call him in the middle of the night to come help....I hated feeling so weak, in more ways than one.

Zed - Nice to see you back :j

Went to bed at 9 last night feeling cold and achy, an hour later I was shaking with cold and my skin hurt, the fever broke around midnight and DH managed to get up and sort DD's for me this morning so I slept until 10.30am....feel fine now - what's that all about?

Who? Oh him.....haven't told him...no point in telling him in our nightly 30 second call - he wouldn't get it. Am going to tell him at the weekend, when I have no doubt he will flick his eyes at me. Doesn't matter I am going over to see Kassi and go for a run on Saturday....:T

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
