    Afternoon all

Ratgirl, hope you will be ok hun, I don't know what happened to your baby but you sound like a very brave lady and I hope that you will be able to get through this meeting with the least pain, thinking of you x

Agent Scully, sorry you had bad news x hope things improve soon. Katie, hope the day goes easy and quick for you x

PMS, this sounds scary but try not to worry hun, whatever was happening seems to be under control now so try not to think about it much. Soon you will know and hopefully feel safe.

I had a blu-ray disc win :D thanks to Lakshmi so a bit less grumpy.

I HAVE to learn to stay calm, worry is eating up my nerves  but am determined not to let things pull me down, esp things that I can do nothing about :cool: glad am not working today ...my cold is really nasty but at least no sore throat (YIKE)

Food shopping is done, I tried to be creative and now am worried someone will be hungry tonight..:D well there's some cheese in the fridge

Will make a coffee, and comp a little x

    Morning all. oops, afternoon!

Just finished the ironing that takes me ages to do and causes a lot of grief but at least it's out of the way now.

Not up to much else today as I am worn out from having to go shopping and to the bank on 2 consecutive days.

I am trying to chase up a company called UGG Boots for All from Australia as we bought my granddaughter a pair for Xmas but in January.

I had an email on 7th January (during the snow) to say they had been dispatched and giving me an invoice number and airway bill number but they didn't say who the carrier was. It says that they are registered ut will come via normal mail once they land. I have emailed them last night but not had a reply yet. They deal with a lot of different countries so I am hoping they are OK.

Can some kind person take a quick looksee and let me know what they think about the site being legit: http://www.uggboots4all.com.au/ thanks.

I am also still waiting for the hamper I won and the ipod as I know the ipod was ordered from Apple so just waiting for it to be delivered now.

Hope everyone has a really lucky day today and gets some good wins.

I know buying uggboots over the net can be dodgy and I dont think that site sells genuine Ugg Australia boots from what Ive read. I hope things turn out ok

Sorry crin, doesn't look good, google Uggboots4all.com and fake and it comes up with worrying results.

Although I did find a page where someone said they received a pair from them and they were fine.
Did you pay with a credit card? (well, I suppose you did over the net). Try getting your money back that way?
Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :A
    I would like to be lucky,healthy & happy in 2020! :T

    afternoon peeps
feeling a bit better today apart from stiff neck
took dd and little woks to drs and it was a locum, she checked dd over and asked her if she had been kissing boys:eek:me wondering where this is leading and dd too after saying pardon and asking her to repeat it then saying in a disgusted voice 'NO I HAVENT' anyway dr then said she thought dd had glandular fever and wanted her to have a blood test, so we had a blood test and have to wait for either 2morrow afternoon or monday for the results and gave her some penicillin. Then she checked little woks and she said there was nothing wrong with him, and he was upset then, she did say if he seems worse to go back again, I dont see how there can be nothing wrong with him when he keeps coughing all night, having headaches and mountains of snot. Next problem rung dd's school and she has a mock french exam tomorrow and they are ringing us back to say whether she should come in or not. I think it probably is glandular fever as she has been really tired and achy and feeling like she was going to faint but apparantly it can last for ages and then it lies dormant in your body for the rest of your life:(
Anyway waffle over:D I'd been reading that thread yesterday about the teacher hitting the child with a book Toni aswell, I too thought the dad was acting very calmly, dont think I would have done.
Hugs to all who need them
    to be updated:;)

    Hiya everyone!

Hope everyone is well today, big huggles from Jamie, the baby (I am soooo not satisfied with G&S ending, I NEED them to make another series!) and I to those who need them.

I am still waiting for the postman to bring me nada. Just checked my emails and I have nothing there either. IT does spur me on to enter more more more though so that's a good thing!

Wow, I used to watch BBC1 all day (Bargain Hunt, Homes Under the Hammer etc.) and now Living TV has come into my life, the programs are awesome! Love it!

    Luck to everyone today! xxx
