Evening all - Thanks for all the congrats etc re my wedding anniversary - a lot of you will know what I've been through and a lot of you have helped in your own little ways - so thanks for being here in the internet world for me to laugh and cry with! It has really helped!

Hey splodz don't worry too much you can easily put him in his place by just reminding that gpod manners maketh the man and they are free. If he does upset you tell him you aren't in the army and don't need a colour sargeant barking orders at you when you are trying your best. Other than that tell him to climb back in his tree, after all he gets peanuts (gives his time for free) so you get a monkey right!

Z - If I were you I would approach other members of the band & get their feedback about the situation - explain how you feel & I'm sure you'll get support from them. Presumably they're going to be as peed off about this as you are & they can hopefully either allay your fears or group together to confront the situation so that you're not dealing with it alone.

Hope you get it sorted... but don't let it ruin things for you - just use my mantra 'no-one can make me feel what I don't want to feel' (ie, you're the only one who is in control of your feelings & other people can't affect them if you don't allow them to). xxxxxx
