Although I did find a page where someone said they received a pair from them and they were fine.
Did you pay with a credit card? (well, I suppose you did over the net). Try getting your money back that way?

Thanks for looking for me. The boots turned up today although we had to pay a customs charge and they look the same as my graddaughter'sd friends boots although the sole is a little different. They weren't in a box though only in a bag.

My granddaughter is happy enough with them as they have the thingy on the back to say Ugg.

I got a good surprise this afternoon as out postie has been catching up on the stuff they couldn't deliver during the snow. He knocked on the door with several small parcels. They were: a kids Flanimals book from National Geographic kids, 4 coasters, the ipod I won and a pen from some poker site I entered a comp on.
