YAY for Friday - yes Toni, I am happy! Actually I have a good feeling inside today... hoping it's a win brewing (and not just at badminton later!). Just hope work doesn't ruin it today, I'm gonna remember happy happy joy joy and just sit in my own little world at my desk with my earphones in listening to fabby music - that should help

I'm looking forward to my lay-in tomorrow too... out for a curry in the evening too which will be nice.

Morning everyone,

Its done nothing but rain here all night and its still raining now, washing the snow away

hubbys back at work today thank god, hes been sent home 3 times this week, hes a carpenter on site and theyve not been building as its sooo cold, but with him being s/e hes not getting paid

No exciting post here either just some junk mail off a bank.

I started a spending diary the beginning of 2010 and wish i hadnt now LOL

Does anyone else do a spends diary and keep a note of weekly spends??

Update on SLY

Telephone and Broadband are still working :cool:

phoned SLY this morning and managed to obtain a MAC code without any problems

I'm wondering if the email I sent to SLY's head office has something to do with them giving me the code as yesterday they said that if they marked the broadband account for termination they wouldn't be able to generate a MAC code

so it should be easier to migrate my broadband now

Wish it would rain here as I'm sick of the site of that damn white stuff, the OH is waiting to have her hair done and also to have her blood tested but as we have a long driveway she won't venture out of the house until the snow clears

I use Microsoft Money to keep control of my finances and online banking it is checked on a regular basis and everything goes out by Direct Debit if the bank made an error of 1p I would know about it!

I never spend more than I receive as I learned my lesson years ago when I was £12,000 in debt managed to clear the debt by comping (won a £12,000 MG sports car in an ITV competition) which I sold to one of the family for £8,000 and have remained debt free ever since

Im pleased to say weve got no debt apart from the dreaded mortgage
