debenhams sale restock??

I was impressed today in Debenhams - I saw a cardy I liked but only 2 left 10 and a 22 so asked about others and the SA ordered me one in my size with free home delivery so I get it at half price:D

Any orders made instore qualify for free home delivery whist the sales on.

i bought the happy land set, at 31.50 with the codes, i had checked the elc website first so i did know what was going to be in it. but seeing you all ringing customer services i rang and got offered 20% off. I am well chuffed aa £70 set for 24 ish quid, bargain. The poor chap at the other end said i have had this all day, he sounded knackered. Lets hope debenhams learnt a lesson from it

I haven't received mine either - but I guess I'll be on the phone on monday when it comes!

Just received my email a very automated response spent another 25 minutes on the phone to Debenhams customer services they will only offer 20% off and are aparantly in talks with ELC re the major error made. I will be speaking to trading standards tommorow to see where to go from here!:mad:

Emails to Debenahms do not get much of a response, I had to write to HO to get a refund as I was charged more then on the screen and my confirmation, you will have to do this if you want to get any sort of result.

I do not even look on the Debenhams website anymore due to all the hassle i have got from previous orders. I don't have a Debenhams in my area but i only buy from them when on shopping trips and that is only if it is a bargain. (not very often). I do not rate this place at all and when you do complain i always find that customer services are very rude so i have totally given up on them. Rather spend my money money else where. Very sorry for all the hassle everyone has got from them, hopefully you will get what you wanted in the end

My call took 25 mins in total - 15 just to get through!!! I explained problem they seemed to be very aware!!! they offered 20% but I told them this would not buy the doctors surgery set which is currently £12.80 in ELC the supervisor said she was not authorised to give more than the 20% so I told her I would take further advice from trading standards ................. now waiting on phone to speak to them - at least its a free local number!!! let me know how you get on please;)
