Angel have you seen the letter revoking permission under common law for them to attend the property? They cant attend without an appointment?? Its a fantastic template....
He left a card with a date & time inside the details....but he won`t get that far after I`ve spoken to them.. if anyone has the template I`d be interested in the wording.
My old house is sold & new people in it...so he called at my relatives house nearby :eek::eek:...he must have asked around to get their address.0 -

Funnily enough Count Duckula was one of the first I thought of.

Very very tempting I must admit.
However, best not to sink to their level.
Plus I would probably have to zap it. :undecided :undecided (see this rule)
Don`t worry I won`t do that fermi. I have 30 years of data protection/client confidentiality knowledge know better than to sink to that level. Though I guess DCAs have no scruples.0 -

I was sure you wouldn't SSA, but still had to make the point.

I had a debt collector visit, many years ago..he was 'after' my eldest son..who was living away at the time.
He 'tried' to get myself and wife #2 to assume responsibility for #1 son's arrears, citing dire things that may happen to him, etc...then without permission, opened gate and entered....
...he got between the house, and our large Border Collie....who tore his trouser leg off [dog panicked, Collector ignored locked gate and notices....had dog checked out at the vets, in case he'd caught something nasty from his nibbling...DCA tried to send repair bill, we sent vets bill....heard no more from DCA or little debt collector....we had also informed the Police of theevents......sympathy from that quarter too....No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
